The big bads of old seasons that made the public fall in love with the show and the character (Except that wannabe Godspeed), villians that were carefuly built by the old writers with good writing, that also took an entire season, a lot of effort, the participation of lots of different characters and small but meaningful plots to take them down in a believable way without hurting their credibility, and that were supposed to move at least as fast as the speed of sound were taken down in less than a second in a such humiliating way by a bunch of side characters that only Eric Wallace cared about? It's hard not to think that that it was purposefully meant to disrespect the aspects that made the people care about the show, Grant Gustin and all the cast that actually put their enthusiasm and commitment in this show (unlike the writers) deserved far better than this, the show itself deserved to end in a high note after all this time, in a better universe it did.
