The go to algorithm for this show for a very long time is have A BUNCH OF SCENES where characters just talk to each other about their problems and for that episode, some of them may learn something, but their problem will only resurface the next week or so. People who defend this "super hero show" don't understand the potential it once had. This showrunner trashed a once beautiful , suspenseful show. The writers recycle old scripts with different names.
Let's talk the heist this rouges team pulls. They walk in, everything goes smooth, then there's a plot twist (or tried to be a plot twist) . And it's all based off of emotion (go figure). That's not surprising at all.
Non of these individual fights have high stakes. The choreography is VERY staged and non believable. Red death has the same voice as past speedster villains. I'm watching recycled plots. How are we throwing away the final season of the longest running show in this universe???
This would be intense and interesting if they didn't just do the same thing every season. "Team Flash can't stop him on their own" I've heard this line before. What's the point of having a team when you don't ever believe in them????
