As a member of the LGBTQ+ community I found this movie a must see with what is going on in the world today with the struggles of trans and gender-diverse persons. Plastic Martyr, a trans actress who plays "Krystal," with her wisecracks and cute little one liners fits in perfectly with a staff of average people with no stereotypes. The movie is a slice of life that is needed more than ever in the world today. I also loved the role of Scotty, the young, snarky store manager, who you love to hate-- The same holds true for Ellie, the wife of the lead in the film, who chews up the scenery. Take the time to watch and support the trans community and indie film world in general.
