Everything is cringe.
Just to let you know, this genre is amazing. I have watched anime since 13. I've been to Japan twice. I don't romanticize the culture, but I like horror anime and Takayama, sue me.
Back to this. This Netflix show of an awesome manga is meant to frustrate you. From cringe drawing....to cringe dialogue. You have to suspend belief on basic human conversations and actions, not just floating heads. It's like these people live in a universe SO f'ed up, you don't need moldy babies. Like, forcing your brother to give a house to some teacher and then when you meet you mumble your words and run off....are they toddlers???? Their day to day is already macabre enough.
