This episode has it all; anticipation, thrill, emotional, excellent story, good climax. The way it was put together is beautifully done. It wouldn't work for every episode, but how they started with the bodies and interrogation made the suspense even more thrilling.
I think the climax needed to be the way it is. It's so sad that Haley had to be killed, but at least Foyet is dead as well. Jack is so adorable here and I'm so glad they kept him alive.
We saw a vulnerable side of Hotch, and the emotions of the team. They are a family and the pain was felt through the screen. This is a "on the edge of your seat" kind of episode and I've watched it many, many times now and every time I'm on the edge of my seat.
