7/10
So bad it's outstanding

Class of Nuke 'Em High Part II: Subhumanoid Meltdown (1991) is a gem that I recently rewatched on Tubi. The storyline follows the Nuclear Plant from the first film being converted to a technology college for humans and humanoids. Some strange experiments and mutants are being formed in the college and a local, naive school reporter is about to uncover what it is and it's potential impact. Can he stop the experiment or will he be distracted by the gorgeous humanoids running around?

This movie is directed by Eric Louzil (Bikini Beach) and stars Leesa Rowland (Sgt. Kabukiman N. Y. P. D.), Jacki Moen (Switch), Robert Dawson (Fletch Lives), Troy Fromin (Saves by the Bell) and Paul Borghese (The Irishman).

This movie is awesome, a classic so bad it's outstanding. The attire and ladies in this are out of this world. There are a ton of butt shots and nudity from beginning to end. The creativity in the outfits is tremendous. So are the sets and settings. The narration is a bit annoying but you get over it. The flashback to the first film was a perfect way to start the picture and set the tone for this film. This film takes elements of the first film to an entirely new level. Everything about the storyline is random and unpredictable. I always love the Toxie cameos in these and the gore isn't serious but still makes you uncomfortable. The "mouth scenes" are hard to watch.

Overall, this is an artistic and creative addition to the science fiction/horror genres that is an absolute must see. I would score this a solid 7/10 and strongly recommend it.
