This movie is a slap in the face and middle finger to Candace!! The writing is crap! The same woman that wrote the screenplay for Christmas Under Wraps wrote this but CUW she had people telling her what the story was, not on this!! Here is an example of what I mean. In CUW, the town of Garland is remote & three hours from anchorage! In this, it's two hours away and you can get there from anchorage by driving!!
The town was in a mountainous valley in CUW! This, you see the tundra of northern Alaska as they get to town!! They didn't even film in the same location as CUW! This town is completely different! They call the inn a B & B in the description but you can see it's an actual hotel that's been decorated! The room Jodi's character is staying in is clearly a hotel room when you see it!!
The chemistry between the cast is nonexistent!! If you have seen Jodi in Merry & Bright & even when she was younger on Full House, you saw a bright, happy actor! In this she is just acting to get a paycheck!! Same with the guy's playing Andy & his dad!! Hattie is over acting compared to CUW!! Let's not leave out the fake as they come character Fox played!! That was completely unbelievable!! The poor excuse for why Andy wasn't with the Dr. Now is laughable!! The trolls & fakers will hate hearing truth about this!! This is the most honest review you will get from someone who actually watched the movie on Hallmark at 8pm last night, (10-28-2022) on Frndly!!
