I watched this movie at the Tirana International Film Festival, and it was a big surprise. Intense, intelligent, and exceptionally well crafted. The kids were terrific and very believable as brothers. I wonder if the little brother is really deaf. If he is not, I believed him.
I won't write spoilers but this one kept me on edge from the moment it started. You know something foreboding is impending, but I didn't see that ending coming. It's a sad story but I understand why it had to be that way.
There's a talented storyteller behind the camera and I would love to see what he does next. I strongly recommend this little gem!
