Moral of the story, risk everything maybe then your cheating, head case of a wife won't leave you... even if you're a successful faithful sweet husband who is understanding even though you cheated on him.
I think there's deeper meaning in the movie that a lot of people might miss. Gerard Butler was good in it. Played the part right, a husband not wanting to lose his wife because he loves her. Goes to the end of earth to try to find her. Also let's you look into the life of someone being emotionally abused. His wife goes back and forth with him in their relationship. She loves him one minute and then the next needs a break. She can't give him any reason why she needs a break other than she "feels nothing." He accepts that she cheated on him and took her back only to mess with his emotions again by needing another break. I felt like him needing to find her was his way of trying to show her how much he loves her and maybe then if she sees all that he went through she would love him back.
