I feel like.the original sellers of these houses are getting greedy. The guys used to get these run down houses for a few thousand. Now they are asking tens of thousands for the same houses. Sounds to me that the sellers have caught on to the popularity of the show and are getting greedy. So, my question is, why don't the guys try to bargain? It seems they pay whatever the sellers ask, no questions asked. These houses have sat unoccupied for YEARS with no hope until Keith and Evan showed up. Surely that gives them some bargaining power???
