Drugs and the Dysfunction of a Family
27 July 2022
Warning: Spoilers
One of two sons diligently works on school work as the other complains about the lack of food in the house. The mother sees there are no funds in the bank account. The drug-smoking son needs 200 for an upcoming trip, and the earnest son relieves his parents problem over this by offering to pay.

The mother goes out drinking, forgets to do the shopping, and deals cocaine on the side.

When the cops arrive, things take a predicted downward turn, salvaged by the one member of the family whose look back in anger speaks volumes about the personal recriminations in a household in which each family member seems to take their level of personal responsibility quite differently.

Very well done, although I could have used subtitles for the muttered English accents.
