Created by Zach Galifianakis, Jonathan Krisel, and Louis C. K., I had long awaited started this show but having finally finished it I'm glad I watched it. This series follows Chip Baskets (Galifianakis), a struggling rodeo clown trying to make his way in the world, and often falling down along the way. Galifianakis who also plays his own twin Dale Baskets, is joined by his mother Christine played by Louis Anderson in a phenomenal performance and Martha, a friend and costco insurance agent, played by Martha Kelly. Again, Louis Anderson is fantastic and a reason to watch the show beyond Galifianakis, his character is a treat, and Martha Kelly brings her established deadpan style that works well. I fun, relatively lighthearted comedy that I enjoyed through and through, would recommend.
