Draftees' Sud Drenched Quest
16 June 2022
This tale was no doubt nostalgic. A group of freshly minted men at a crossroads between fulfilling the virtue of living, or, the virtues of men before them. The juxtaposition of the gags over the seriousness of their predicament is the lifeblood of the plot. Afraid of both choices - they must choose. To a certain degree this film represents the post-adolescent fear of responsibility for oneself but also for one's ideals; during a time in which this decision resulted in life long consequences.

No matter which they choose. Their lives will be fulfilling ones, & that's what matters.
