The wild man of Weehawken will get them into shape.

Warning: Spoilers
A fun, breezy Douglas Fairbanks comedy has him as a health nut upset when his childhood sweetheart turns down his proposal, causing him to go on a spree "to the top of the equator". She becomes engaged to another man, and when their boat with a bunch of out of shape society folks ends up lost, guess whose island they end up on. Fairbanks is quite rugged, but certain shots don't do him any favors, with certain camera angles making his face appear sort of pudgy.

The print I found of this had no sound but I was able to remedy that I found online that specialized in silent movie type scores. That really made an impact on my enjoyment of this film. There's one character who somewhat resembles a combination of Will Rogers and W. C. Fields, adding to the brilliant ensemble of funny character people. I know that Fairbanks is best known for his swashbuckling in silent films, but this makes me enjoy him as a light comic. Maybe no Chaplin or Keaton, but certainly equal to Lloyd or Langdon.
