I discovered this show about a year ago and have fallen in love with Laurel, Mississippi. To the people complaining that they don't see people of color; you obviously haven't watched many episodes. They've actually changed my narrow minded views about small southern towns. Ben and Erin are a sweet, loving, authentic and talented couple. They respect their client's budget and don't exceed it. (Yes, most of us have a budget) They respect the history and architectural integrity of every house they renovate and I love that Ben always builds a special piece (or two) in his workshop. Erin is an artist and I adore the creative ideas she comes up with. I love that they actually get their hands dirty and they dress appropriately for people renovating a house. It goes without saying that you don't wear your party clothes and heels to renovate a house. The only reason I gave a 9 and not a 10 is you don't see every room renovated and I would assume that they don't leave them untouched. At least I would hope not.
