Reb Brown stars in this Filipino action flick where he plays an American military advisor who turns on the Central American government after learning of their treatment of the local rebels. Reb yells a lot as usual, there's little plot, but a high body count, oh and Shannon Tweed plays his love interest who is dragged through the proceedings. It's overall dumb fun.
