This weeks episode was focusing on Team Flash dealing with the death of Frost in various ways, which was cool to see how each person grieves in different ways. I do have to say the highlight of this episode was the last 20 minutes. They really dug into the emotional aspect of losing Frost by focusing on Caitlin and that was really well done.
Because I know i'm not the only one, my one major complaint is the opening scene with Team Flash dealing with a meta. I mean no disrespect to the actress but Cecile's character is so pointless with her powers and personally believes she should either be in the show without her powers or not be in the show as a main cast member. Now that my major complaint is done, I would say overall this was a slower paced episode but necessary one. Definitely could have been better but it was not bad by any means.
