Obviously the writers have never experienced a suicide in their life. I'm glad they found it appropriate to make a musical out of it...? The only truth to the movie is that people will weasel their way into the dead person's life after so that they felt they had some connection and they can forgive themselves of any guilt (I am not talking about Evan I am talking about the rest of the school).
