They're clearly very poorly trained for a supposed group of doctors in a state-of-the-art trauma centre. No specialists are EVER available and the one time we got some in, they all caught Ebola (or something equally ridiculous).
The lead dude was so wooden he should have been a piece of furniture and the character development was non-existent. Unless you have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING else to do, give it a miss.
