Ah, what an episode. The team dynamic continues to be great, the humor strongly grows. I barely had life cling unto me when Peacemaker joked about Superman having a "poop fetish". Dear god. I do agree with Harcourt how did he get all of this nonsense. GOOGLE. Also, bless James Gunn for making Kite-Man canon. I bet he loves all of DC's niche and dumb characters which isn't a bad thing. I've enjoyed some of them, too. The relationship between Peacemaker & Adebayo continues to establish more.
Tight pacing, brilliantly written, memorable fun soundtracks (( I've been listening to them for a while now. Thank you, James Gunn, for your blessed taste of music. )), and plentiful gore & action. Dye-Beard coming to save the day by using a chainsaw against a Super-Gorilla? Badass Seal of Approval. The subplot of Chris' dad convincing law enforcement that it wasn't him was pretty investing. The cliffhanger was hooking as well. Who knows if Adebayo is going to die? I hope not.
