This is one of the longest of the Marvel One-Shots and it uses this time to really introduce the character of Peggy Carter beyond the little we saw in Captain America: The First Avenger. The post-war workplace setting is unfortunately so dismissive of Carter, which gives her a good chance to prove herself. During the mission against "Zodiac" (unfortunately not explicated in anything but superficial terms), she holds her own and achieves some impressive acrobatic action sequences to show us what she is capable of. By pitting her against so many enemies - co-workers, bad guys and circumstances - we see Agent Carter at her best.
