Angela de Luca (Lacey Chabert) is an American guiding tours in the city of Rome. She loves giving extras to her clients but she gets fired for not staying strictly on schedule. She bumps into workaholic businessman Oliver Martin (Sam Page) who is there over Christmas to acquire a traditional factory from Luigi Forlinghetti. Business-obsessed Oliver do not impress Luigi and he hires Angela to appease Luigi.
