I've seen this plot before on Lifetime with a slightly different set up. Whenever there's no verification of the actual dna, there's a reason for it. I know this because Lifetime also has movies where there IS a dna test, but the villain still has their reasons.
Kind of random seeing Dan Gaultier lol, but as a soap fan, it was a nice blast from the past.
It's watchable, but there is a gullible character that will annoy you (aka the mom protag)
