High points working out where the locations were for filming and discerning the actors origins through their accents.
Low points script. This was the most unrealistic film I have seen in years. From the village hospital with heart transplant facilities to the ICU coma unit in a single room, to the experienced CID cop who mistakes an ageing dementia patient for the person who is 4 stone lighter he unsuccessfully chases through woods, I could go on but advise you to give this a miss and take a short break to Devon which was great.
