This is a trippy mind bend of a movie. The set up sets the paranoid tone ,and somewhat typical of what I was expecting. But, instead of a monster per se, the plot twists to a metaphysical psychological quality for most of the rest of the film. Unexpected I was. Intriguing concept that keeps its focus somehow through some of the tropes, twisting these for decent entertainment. Plus, the twist at the end is special, unexpected, and fitting. I enjoy these thought provoking films much more than simple blood and gore.
