Warning: Spoilers
Major Shane Alcott has to enter a riot torn city during Christmas Eve and retrieve the kidnapped daughter of the British ambassador, a girl who he has had a relationship with and also encounters some IRA Provos who have a score to settle with him. Light on plot but full of exciting action in the best PM Entertainment manner. The setting is well realised and effective use is made of Christmas music. Gary Daniels as Alcott handles the martial arts in his usual skilful manner and Sugar Ray Leonard is strong in support as his army buddy Major Williams. Not appearing enough though was Charles Napier as the FBI man and Patrick Kilpatrick, with a wicked smile, as the IRA leader. With explosions, fights, shootings and chases this is riotous fun.
