From the very first teaser, Maharani didn't look like any promising series but, oh damn! Look at the final trailer made an all different approach with more details into the series and gave promising entertainment, and yes! It did fulfill its promise.
Taking back to the time of the 1980s and 90s, this period political drama starts with the bang and ends with it as well with many political twists and turns other than the one that we see in the trailer. The very first thing that keeps me engaged in the performance of each and every actor did justice with their characters, especially representing the political characters of Bihar which needs a different approach on the language and characteristics, this is a brilliant casting one must say. BGM and cinematography take us into the intense details of the show. Maharani is very well written including strong dialogues one after another. The creators and director must have struggled enough to get the perfection of the show and did a brilliant job with it.
It is one of the best periodic drama based on the kind of real events of India, which didn't make the viewer disappointed even for a single episode.
