Wow! This had me in tears. How this poor girl suffered at the hands of her father and how the children missed their natural childhood experiences is so upsetting. But the horror pales compared to the real story of Elizabeth Fritz.
The acting was excellent and the pace keeps the audience gripped. My only criticism is that Sarah didn't seem to age over the 24 years, or any of the other characters for that matter.
