Plot holes the size of the Grand Canyon
20 April 2021
Warning: Spoilers
I do not understand how this movie was made without someone fixing the ridiculous holes that exist in the plot. The main character was married. His in laws gifted he and his wife a plot of land and paid for them to build their dream house. She dies. Her parents take the house back and evict him. There are several scenes of him desperately searching for a will. Apparently, NO ONE who worked on this film bothered to look at Oregon law? It didn't dawn on anyone that, as her husband he would automatically inherit the house? That a gift of that nature can't be taken back? And then, when he finds the will, it is a hand written note. I can't. This was an acting improv someone took too far.

The main character is also supposed to be some incredibly talented architect and this dream house looks like it was built in 1978 - cheap basement panel abounds. There are some talented actors in this film who give solid performances, but I just can't get past the ridiculous premise.
