I have always had a problem with the Dean's pursuit of Jeff. It's played for laughs, but in actuality (especially in these days of Me Too) it's sexual harassment. Just because Jeff is a large straight man and the Dean is a small somewhat camp man doesn't make it ok. It's even more problematic when Jeff becomes an employee, because then the Dean is "doing a Weinstein" ie harassing someone over whom he has power.
I'm sure people will scoff at me, but it's one of the few long-running gags in the show that I don't like.
