The girls of Pan Am fly to Rangoon and run around in their underwear being afraid of snakes and lizards. Then Ted the goofball pilot makes stunning Laura pose as a human TV antenna so he can watch the Mercury launch on television. The fact that this scene is genuinely poignant and sexy shows how good this show could be when it wasn't being silly and trashy. But for sheer comic genius, just watch the "flashback" to where Teddy crashes his experimental jet in the Atlantic and is waving his arms and flailing around like he's in a child's swimming pool. So lifelike it's almost frightening!
