"Saturday Night Live's" Nora Dunn guest stars as Brighton's teacher whom Fran had earlier had an altercation with during a shopping spree, giving Madeline Zima some very funny moments as she picks up tips from Fran while shopping. Dunn is hard as nails, similar to Rita Moreno in a previous episode, threatening to fail Brighton simply to get Fran in trouble. Brighton needs to come up with a science project and uses some supposedly abandoned bird's eggs which unfortunately gets messed up by the presence of neighbor Roger Clinton's cat and messed up by an accident caused by Fran. Very funny episode that gives Gracie and Brighton some great material.
