This show has/had some gems: Bruno Feldeisen, Dan Levy, and Kyla Kennaley in particular. But there are some real duds, and the 2021 season is by far the worst yet.
The program is sooooooo desperate to be woke/snowflake/inclusive that the host and contestant casting choices have become ironic stereotypes. The hosts lack chemistry and have cartoonish personalities, without realism or spontaneity. The contestant have obviously been picked because they check the right boxes from the Politically Correct playbook. The whole thing now seems desperate.
The producers need to stop casting for WHAT people are, and get back to casting for WHO they are. If they also check boxes, fine, but that alone doesn't make good TV.
