I remember when I first this saw film the previous year when it just popped up on TV. I didn't watch it right from the beginning, but it wasn't long until I really got into it. Finally after recently properly re-watching the film from start to finish I can honestly say it's one of the best feel good Christmas films ever!
The Christmas Cottage is a great movie, instantly making one feel good about themselves almost immediately after watching it. I love the Christmas spirit and atmosphere of the movie and the main couple, Lacey and Ean have excellent chemistry. I also love the storyline on how Lacey begins to let love, life and colour back into her life after being reminded how great it really is and is truly creatively inspired once again. Lacey was all business and no fun in the beginning but gradually she is soon reminded of the magic of Christmas and true love. Plus a Christmas wedding made the movie all the more better for it.
Overall, anyone who sees this film will instantly fall in love with it as I have and it's the best film of the day.
