Ya know, I'm watching this series 11 seasons through, saw every single episode, so when I tell you, every single bandit in ER-Chicago is black, you can be sure it's true.
There are no asian gangs, nor latino criminal bands, especialy not white groups.
Sure, occasionaly you get some whity go solo, but otherwise in ER-Chicago it is always the black community.
Btw, in S11 we are barely in the ER anymore, and yes, it is a different show. Sure, Charter is still present, but the focus-character since a while is clearly Rasgothra, who is not a rich person. Oh, did you notice rich people don't die in the ER?
