Seven downloads too much information and goes into Schizophrenia mode, conspiracies and false positives everywhere.
The problem with this is we as the audience realize what's happening about 15 minutes into the episode and then it just drags on interminably with Seven spouting conspiracy theories in relentless fashion for another half hour.
Per usual despite Seven's extreme behavior, the crack Starfleet crew just leave her to wander the halls and terrorize young children like Naomi Wildman with her rambling conspiracies.
The theme of this episode had promise but would have been so much better if handled with more subtlety. This was ham handed over the top, including Chakotay being an idiot and buying into it, at least temporarily.
