Without comparisons, the worst vanity project ever made in the history of cinema!
12 February 2021
I am not the target age for the show (keep this in mind as you read my review) and I had never heard of it until last year. So why did I watch the movie? Well, as most of you might have noticed, I am an occasional bad movie buff. In the sense that from time to time I watch very awful movies (such as the Bottom 100 ones) and some make me laugh, while some not. And this falls in the second category.

The film hasn't really a plot. It's just a bunch of vignettes involving probably the most obnoxious kids' musical band ever seen! They are not involving characters, the way they talk it's so annoying that it makes the movie an endurance context and at times they are very obnoxious. How Julianne Moore and Uma Thurman got involved in this mess of a film (even tho in small cameos when they are interviewed) is beyond me as they were already respected actresses. And at times I was so tempted to leave this movie half-way.

If you want to see the worst vanity project ever made, then this movie is for you. But even if you are a bad movie fan, don't even try it as it's so painful and grating to watch that it's not worth it!
