A nice generic entertainment by 90s (1996) standards, that could have strengthened the Sci-Fi eye-candy value, instead of "simple" actions and adventures with flavors of superhuman heightened sensorial perceptions.
Maybe the budget wasn't right...
That does not lessen very much its entertainment values, which are high, and make sure that you mostly pass great and enjoyable moments.
