The judges know which dish is which because Bobby always uses some sort of Chili flakes/seasonings. I watched the brunch burger episode. He said he had that in his restaurant as well as she did. When I looked up the recipe he uses there in his restaurant there was no chili peppers anywhere. He added them to the bacon on the show. Well duh.... now they know which plate is his. And let's be honest who in the culinary world voted against a man like that if they know which dish is his. Stop cooking with the chili spices if not necessary in dishes.
