The portrayal of this family makes me cringe a bit. The song, "Money can't buy you class", comes to mind. Don't get me wrong. I love reality TV and my Asian people but you need flash, trash and cash to keep things interesting. The FLASH is not there, you need to find more attractive people like a certain cousin. Come on, there are tons of hot Asians! And the TRASH factor is not there, except for a certain aunt, but you need it to be funny and exciting trashy, not weird and scary trashy. The CASH is lame. The houses are mediocre for wealthy Texans, the cars and jets are all rentals, total pretend money. If you are going to bill it as a show about transcendental wealth, where's the awe-inspiring wealth? I watched the first three episodes out of curiosity because the reviews were mixed but am not engaged enough to keep watching. I didn't connect with the characters because everything felt rehearsed and forced. And I just noticed that all the positive reviews either have the word KUWTK or relatable in them. I wonder who wrote them.....Can we please upgrade to another Asian family?
