Warning: Spoilers
After watching the first season It is very clear that Ertugrul series is Turkish and Muslim propaganda. Every minute they praise Allah and showing how noble and heroic they are. The series is definitely ordered by the Turkish government probably by Recep Erdogan himself. Let see, Turks came out of Middle Asia, invaded neighboring countries, fought among themselves, invaded Byzantine Empire, went to Syria. But in this series they are presented as noble underdogs. They were given temporary lands near Aleppo in Syria but they refused to leave (very noble). They say Templar are evil, but those knights stayed in Asia with a mission to protect trade caravans from the Arabs. Who is more noble? Overall series is entertaining, but acting and fight scenes could be much better. Character Erdugrul is very undeveloped. He walks and talks without any emotions, no facial expressions. His "three musketeers" sidekicks are more interesting than him. Looks like fight scenes came right out of amusement parks or Orlando dinner shows. Overall, the series is entertaining but primitive.
