In very first scene after showing the girl is dead due to her disease, the movie tried to get sympathy, but trust me it's the worst and most horribly written movie on that concept, copying every scene and story which is already made 100 times before, and presenting in the worst and most non-sense way possible.
All the writing skills, including the main character are dumb, just showing anything sensless in the name of emotions, not a single scene in the movie make sense. I can't even imagine that a movie with that concept can be made in such a horrible and non-sense manner.
