Excellent and disturbing

This film had a tense build-up of a disturbed young man who was in search of the perfect state of Israel (from his point of view). He seeks justification for his growing intensity in religious texts and preachers who in this case allow for the murder of any who do not support his views.

It was a very convincing and chilling portrait of the assassin by Yehuda Nahari Halevi. We see how he is convincing himself of the necessity of his task - and eventually is on a road of no return.

We have all been aware over the years how Israel has become more and more indoctrinated by religion. It has become worse since this was film was made.
