Usually DC/Warner Bros make great animated videos. This is not one of them. The plot is convoluted, unsatisfying, and just...plain dumb. As a comic book geek, I enjoyed the appearance of many of the members of the Legion of Doom but I felt that the way that they were used was very underwhelming. Usually DC/Warner's animation is very good, but the animation and art style was just off for some reason. It felt like they couldn't decide if they wanted to go with the style of Superman/Batman: The Animated Series or whether to take a more comic-styled approach and so the end result is a weird combination of both. It doesn't look good. Take a look at some of the scenes with Superman; his expressions and animation looked strange. The other members of the Justice League were also hit or miss, but they also didn't really contribute alot to the story-line. Some of them were just there so that the title of the video could include "JLA". This is not a very good entry in this series of DC/Warner videos; not by a long shot. I would avoid this and go watch some of the better animated offerings instead.
