Whilst this isn't your typical Lucifer episode and some may think it's just a boring filler episode they could not be more wrong.
It's your typical film noir, but the story telling aspect for Trixie adds another level to it keeping it relevant and interesting.
What makes this episode truly hilarious though is while everyone else in the episode plays their role seriously and to character, Tom Ellis as Lucifer is completely unchanged, bringing a hilarious contrast to the episode.
Sure it may not be the high action episodes of the rest of the season it is entertaining and helps us to understand the character of Maze much better.
Definitely worth watching, just for the hilarity of Lucifer refusing to bend to the slapstick of film Noir
