While watching this movie I realized how boring it could get. But I never knew how bad an ending could be until it happened. My first main problem with this movie is Brady and Mack. They were awful together in this movie and it made absolutely no sense. They changed Mack's characters completely and Brady stayed the same. However the fact that Brady didn't want to tell Mack about making surf boards (when they surf together!) made no sense.
Second, the songs were terrible. They were mediocre compared to the ones they made in the first one. None of them made me attached to the movie.
Third, Lela is a movie character not a real person. She would only know how to say her lines. She wouldn't know to change the story.
And lastly, that messed up ending. They decided to change the Wet Side Story movie to Lela Queen of the Beach and they completely rewrite Mack's character again! Now she's more laid back to be with Brady. Which I need to say is a terrible lesson to teach kids. Don't be yourself in a relationship, become exactly like the person you're with.
Overall, it's forgettable and the only thing worth it was Tanner and Brady.
