Extinct (2017)
5/10
No imagination despite being a sci-fi
3 July 2020
Warning: Spoilers
The usually society stereotypes, the problem wasnt the acting, but rather the lack of imagination especially for costumes and the interaction of a Earth changed by many-many decades of change and Allen occupation! With more needed CGI regarding that and with no "story-with-in-a-story" would've prevented people from being bored and also distracts from any major plot reveals. The writing was terrible with very little character validation that allowed you to instantly know them and the usual fatalism-philosophy killing-off familiar people with overly-drawn-out scenes...Awhile depending-on too much actor charisma to convince the audience with soapy-close-ups that everything was happening through-the story-line. This show had great potential if it had more elements too it!
