Long before Super Friends, Hanna Barbera created the Fantastic Four cartoon, and it was a classic!!! Lasting only 1 season and airing 30 minutes before the more popular Spiderman cartoon, this show is just like the comics and makes the animated debut of the Silver Surfer, although the cartoon character is not like the comics. The music is catchy and the animation is great. It would soon be rebooted in 1978 under DFE films, who would become Marvel Productions and replaced the torch with the robot for fears about kids setting themselves on fire.
