9/10
A timeless classic

Warning: Spoilers
This is the last movie of the scriptwriter, Sadik Sendil's trilogy-like scenarios. All of the three, namely Bizim Aile, Gülen Gözler and Neseli Günler, has more or less the same background with Münir Özkul as father and Adile Nasit as mother in a crowded family going through some hardships. Directed by different directors, all three of them are spectacular in terms of acting performances, which you can expect when you see the casts. Actually what makes these three an all time classic for Turkish cinema is acting performances by all, which is so profound and sincere that you feel like you are visiting an old time neighbor or a relative. They act as if they really lived in their roles. Last but not the least, same music in all three of them is so suitable for the theme that you feel yourself part of the neighborhood, like someone who needs to cheer with their joys and grieve with their sorrows. A great well-done to everyone for these masterpieces that could even be appreciated after decades.
