Legacies, to me, isn't quite as strong as the previous episode Damaged which continued to expand on the premise of a rich boy being stranded on an island for five years and becomes a vigilante hunting for criminals in the most compelling way possible. However, this episode is still great as there are lots of things to admire. The new bad guy of the day has a connection to Oliver's father which makes sense since there were plenty of criminals that Robert Queen was involved with. The story continues to be interesting as is the writing which compliments the darker tone really well, the music score is really atmospheric particularly the mystery elements and action sequences and the acting continues to be really good the best coming from Stephen Amell and the appearances of Manu Bennett as Slade Wilson. Also, the cinematography continues to be very well made. So, overall, not quite as strong as Damaged, but another great episode nonetheless.
